A Dream Proposal!

On 19 June, The Bear Pit took to the stage to perform one last time as The Mechanicals.

Only this time, there was a slightly different ending to the story…

On the opening night of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Dominic Skinner, playing Flute, was unable perform because his partner Lily went into labor – and on the first day of our magical tour, a little Dream baby was born.

Three months later, as The Bear Pit tread the boards at the RSC as The Mechanicals for the very last time… Dominic took to the stage to ask Lily a very important question…

And she said yes!!
